Linda Marroquin, Co-Founder and CEO, Linda Marroquin
is an entrepreneur with over twenty-five years in the
Telecommunications and Wireless industries. She founded
Phone Brokers in 1977 and as partner in Telecom Financing
Consultants, Ltd., worked on funding telecommunication
infrastructure projects in Latin America. She also started
the Voice Mail industry in 12 countries in Latin America.
Ms. Marroquin has served as CEO for FrogPad™ since
October 1998. In addition, she was recognized for
community leadership as a Civil Service Commissioner
for the City
of Houston, founding board member for the Small Business
Development Corporation for the city of Houston,
founding board member for the Houston Hispanic Chamber
of Commerce,
a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the
Year and Minority Business Woman of the Year in Houston,
Texas. Ms. Marroquin has served in prominent roles in business development in the wireless
industry in Latin America, representing Hughes Network Systems and Rockwell
ECD.

Kenzo Tsubai, Co-Founder and Inventor, designed
the FrogPad™ and
developed the patented technology. Mr. Tsubai holds multiple patents
and will oversee R&D for the new Company.
Melissa
Owens, CFO, Ms. Owens has 12 years of financial planning and
control experience. Ms. Owens spent 4 years in public accounting
with the Financial Services Division of KPMG Peat Marwick. After
leaving KPMG, Ms. Owens worked with Sterling Bancshares, a publicly
traded, Houston-based bank, holding the positions of Director of
Internal Audit, Vice President and Controller, and Director of
Accounting and Financial Systems. Ms. Owens has expertise in mergers
and acquisitions, SEC reporting, public and private stock offerings,
and treasury. She has a BBA degree from Texas A&M and is a Certified
Public Accountant licensed by the state of Texas.

Board of Advisors:
Kim Evans, SVP of Business Development
and Sales is an entrepreneur with over twenty years
experience in sales, marketing and business development
in the wireless and software industries where she established
a track record for growing successful product lines
and creating and executing category leading market,
sales and distribution strategies. Most recently, Ms.
Evans was the CEO of blom wireless and Co-founder and
VP of Business Development at Covasoft where she successfully
established strategic partnerships with market leading
vendors. Previously Ms. Evans served as the Director
of Corporate Strategy at BMC Software where she developed
and implemented effective strategies for BMC business
units enabling BMC to move into new markets increasing
revenues by 20% and eliminating unprofitable product
lines decreasing cost by 6%. She completed the formulation
and execution of BMC’s billion-dollar acquisition
plan to expand its core technologies and successfully
integrate companies into BMC enabling a quick return
on BMC’s investment. Ms. Evans was named one of
the top twenty women in technology in Houston, Texas
and one of the ten brightest technology stars in Austin,
Texas. Ms. Evans has a BA in Product Design from Wayne
State University.
Deborah
Vollmer Dahlke, FrogPad™’s Chief
Marketing Officer is an accomplished marketing and
pricing consultant and a serial technology entrepreneur.
She was co-founder and CEO of Lightling a wireless
software start-up, and President/COO (1998-2001) of
Zilliant, Inc., an enterprise pricing software company,
where she and her team developed patent-pending pricing
software solutions raising over $14 million in venture
funding. Ms. Vollmer Dahlke is a Board Member for
The Professional Pricing Society, and serves on the
Advisory Board to the Graduate School of Management
at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas where
she teaches entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing
courses. In June 2000, she was honored as one of Women
in Technology International’s (WITI) Executive
Women. Prior to co-founding Zilliant, she was Director
of Marketing for Trilogy Software Company. With significant
marketing and sales experience in the US and Mexico
for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies such as
Shell, Hewlett Packard, Exxon, Reliant, Sun Microsystems,
Samsung and others. , Deborah served as a Senior Manager
in Reengineering and Change Leadership at Deloitte & Touche
Tomatsu, Inc. as a Senior Specialist in Organizational
Change at McKinsey and Company, Inc. Deborah received
her B.Sc. degree from the School for Public and Environmental
Affairs at Indiana University in, and graduated with
honors and an M.P.Aff. Degree from the Lyndon Baines
Johnson School for Public Affairs at the University
of Texas in Austin in 1991.
Sharon Fortmeyer-Selan, Ms. Fortmeyer-Selan
has 23 years of experience in senior management in the
high technology sector, including 4 years with Compaq,
where she was most recently the Director of Marketing
for Emerging Enterprises developing Market and Sales
strategies, branding, positioning, strategic alliances
and go-to-market programs. Prior to Compaq, Ms. Fortmeyer-Selan
held vice-president and Director positions with NCR
Corporation in Global Sales, Marketing and Services
and senior management positions at Data General and
Computer Automation. Ms. Fortmeyer-Selan has a BS in
Mathematics from Kansas State University and completed
graduate studies in Mathematics at the University of
California, Irvine and in Marketing and Business Administration
at California State University, Fullerton.
R. Sukumar, Ph.D., Advisor, Dr. Sukumar
is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Jesse H.
Jones Graduate School of Management, Rice University.
At Rice, he teaches in the Executive MBA program courses
in B2B Ecommerce and Marketing Management. Dr. Sukumar
has also been a Professor of Marketing at the C. T.
Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. At
the University of Houston, Dr. Sukumar has taught in
the Executive MBA program courses in Marketing Strategy,
Business-to-Business Marketing, New Product Development
and Database Marketing. He serves as Director of Research
Sciences/Senior Consultant-Research Sciences at IPSOS-NPD
(the eight largest Market Research Company in the world)
where he coaches and guides on the appropriate use of
research methodologies in solving business issues.
Milton Altenberg, Advisor, is a growth
specialist with over 20 years of progressive leadership
experience in technology, manufacturing and sales environments.
Mr. Altenberg is currently serving as Chairman and Chief
